We offer free standard shipping on all complete bicycles and orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. For expedited shipping or delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, rates are calculated at checkout.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day 'Ride and Love It' guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycles that show significant signs of wear.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes! We partner with local bike shops across the USA. During checkout, you can select 'Ship to Local Shop' to have your bike professionally assembled and tuned for a flat service fee.
