At Bike Lover USA, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original box, ensuring all manuals and small components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
